Meet Our Leadership

Lynette is a wife, mother, and entrepreneur who has built Above All around one principle: people deserve support that is personal, consistent, and dependable. As the need for these services grew, so did the company, now spanning residential housing, home care, and behavioral health.

She is a strong advocate for people living with mental health challenges, people with disabilities, and people returning home from prison, and works to make sure they have stable housing, quality care, and a real path forward.

Her background is rooted in peer support and peer support supervision, work as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, and guardianship. She holds a BS in Business Administration and an honorary doctorate in psychology.

DeAndre brings 27 years of management experience to Above All, where he oversees the administrative operations that keep our homes, care, and services running. He is a trusted mentor to people from all walks of life, and he leads with the same care he brings to every team and every client.

DeAndre is also a licensed barber. Through an ongoing service for our residents and home care clients, he gives affordable haircuts to people in our community who need them most. For him, a fresh cut is a simple way to help someone feel confident and ready for the day.

He is a husband, father, and entrepreneur who believes in building things that last.

Jessica is a wife and mother who keeps Above All running. As Chief Operating Officer, she oversees all back office operations across our enterprise, keeping the work behind every business organized, moving, and right.

She is professional, patient, and a true perfectionist. When something needs to be exactly right, Jessica makes sure it is, and she does it with the calm focus that keeps our teams moving forward.
